The Department of Home Affairs recently communicated to one of our Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 1797600) regarding offshore applications including dependent visa (subsequent entrant) applications. The Department stated that applications; those applied offshore or any onshore visa applications combined with offshore dependents will remain unfinalised until such a time as travel restrictions are lifted. However, onshore applicants those who applied with dependents offshore will be provided with visa outcome.
